“Lake Michigan Shoreline original painting by Linda Boss” is an original plein air painting painted at the road side park between Petoskey and Charlevoix with the Northern Michigan Plein Air Painters group in late August. It was a bright, brisk day. You could tell the season was just hinting that it was preparing to change. The morning wind had shifted and the lake was starting to roll indicating the leaves would start to change soon. You live around here all your life and you learn to “listen to the lake”.
