This image is a reproduction from the painting “From a Field of Wildflowers” an 8×10 oil on canvas. Here is another “chunky” painting with the palette knife. This little painting is painted with the palette knife and lots of paint and is a bouquet of wildflowers that I gathered from a field that we passed by on one of our “rides” in the car. They were so pretty I had to stop… or rather had Jim stop. No, they didn’t come from anyones “planted” garden… I made sure of that. I love the cobalt blue vase that I put them in and I really like the way it turned out.
