“Who am I?” A monoprint is a hand pulled print that is on of a kind and is hand embellished. This was a from the “paint out with the Bolt’s” at the Grangehall Studio. I have always loved funky faces and admired Picasso. Believe me, these are a far cry from his style but he inspired me to try my hand at working with color and the plains of the face. Sue, Lori and I were talking about art and styles and influences. Where we were are as artists and where we wanted to go in our careers as we painted and they were teaching me to use their press. It was so nice to share with other artists. This work reflects my search my inner artistic soul.
